A centralized Performance Management System was developed using Laravel and MySQL to automate the complete quarterly appraisal process, Project based reviews and event/activities reviews. The solution enables employees to submit goals and self-assessments while allowing managers to provide reviews, ratings, feedback, and meeting outcomes through role-based access. Interactive dashboards, notifications, reports, and performance history improve visibility, simplify decision-making, and ensure a secure, transparent, and efficient evaluation process across the organization.
