A cross-platform HR Management mobile application was developed using React Native for the frontend and Laravel with MySQL for the backend. The solution centralizes employee profiles, personal information, leave requests, work-from-home records, advance and pending requests, notifications, reminders, leave calendars, birthdays, work anniversaries, polls, and company announcements.
